Treat cases that pay.
Skip those that cost you.
You're the HERO on every case. I'm your helper behind the curtain — a seasoned, board-certified orthodontist in your corner on every aligner and ortho-restorative case. Review before you approve or prep, then treat with a plan. The case stays yours.

The cases that cost you time and money
It didn't finish — and you're not sure why.
The single largest loss of income isn't the case that failed. It's the profitable case you could have finished but never started.
Refinement after refinement.
Refinements aren't free. Chair time, appointments, submission and review time add up fast. I've calculated that every unnecessary refinement costs $2,000 or more.
Veneers that need position first.
Porcelain changes shape. Only orthodontics changes position. When you close space with veneers alone, the teeth appear fat and square and “wrong.” Avoid expensive “redos” by planning movements that allow you to do your best restorative work.
A weekend course can't replace a residency, decades of concentrated continuing education and thousands of successful cases.
You don't need to learn it all. You need a partner who already has. I think general dentists can do excellent orthodontics with the right partner beside them.
Three steps, start to finish
Share records.
Co-diagnosis before you start. Start cases that will be profitable and avoid those that suck your time and energy.
We talk it through.
You get a review of case selection, setup and the risks worth flagging, including cases that belong with a surgeon or sleep physician.
You treat with a plan.
The case stays yours and you proceed with confidence — setups that WORK!
See what a partner behind the curtain is worth
Drag the sliders to your numbers — every figure updates live. Your patient pool sets the ceiling on potential cases; Year 2 is where better case selection, setups and collections compound into the real jump.
Based on the OMA model at default inputs ($5,000 case fee, 10 cases/month, $1,890 lab fee, 200 prophy + 220 non-prophy patients) and scaled to your sliders. The patient pool drives the Mastery column via a mature conversion of ~4.8% (1 in 21 patients). Year 2 reflects the model's improved collection ratio as cases finish properly and refinements drop. Your real numbers depend on your cases, market and team — this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Year 2 carries the bigger share — cases finish, collections rise, refinements fall. Mastery is capped by your patient pool: 20 potential cases/mo from 420 patients.
That pool is the Mastery ceiling. You're starting 10 cases/mo now; a mature OMA practice converts ~4.8% of the same patients — roughly 20 cases/mo without needing more new patients.
